WVA & Mountain Loggers Host Winch Assist/Tether Event

West Virginia University and Mountain Loggers Group are hosting a Winch Assist Steep Slope Logging Demonstration & Training Event. 

You're invited to join us for the first time in the great state of West Virginia to see the implementation of Steep Slope Logging.

We will be showcasing and demonstrating winch assist equipment along with educational and safety presentations.

Lunch will be provided each day.

Who can attend?

This event is aimed at anyone who is employed or has business within steep-slope industries or who has an interest in winch assist operations. This includes forestry, construction, pipeline & gas and mining for people such as operators, contractors, business owners and industry partners.

If you're interested to attend, simple register.

How many days should I attend?

Each day will have different displays, presentations and demonstrations from each supporter so we recommend attending all three days. It's also a great opportunity to network with others.
